A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the desert ecosystem at Shapotou Station from 2017 to 2018

This dataset includes flux observation data for the desert ecosystem at the National Field Observation and Research Station (Ningxia Shapotou) for Desert Ecosystems covering the years 2017-2018. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing system, we processed the raw observation data collected at the flux observation site in the station to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
