A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the shrubland ecosystem at Yanchi planted shrubland site from 2016 to 2018

The raw observation data were collected using the eddy covariance technique at the Yanchi planted shrubland site in Ningxia. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing system, the raw observation data from 2016 to 2018 were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
