A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the wetland ecosystem at Zhangye Station from 2012 to 2024

The raw observation data were collected using the eddy covariance method at the Zhangye wetland station in the middle reaches of the Heihe River Basin. The site is located in the Zhangye National Wetland Park, Gansu Province, with the underlying surface of reed wetland. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing system, the raw observation data from 2012 to 2024 were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
