A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the wetland ecosystem at Zoige Station from 2016 to 2020

This dataset includes carbon and water flux data of the wetland ecosystem at the Zoige Alpine Wetland Ecological Research Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences, covering the years 2016-2020. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing system, the raw observation data collected at the flux observation site in the station were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
