Abstract

F. hirta plants with three different leaf shapes (entirc leaf, EL; lobed leaf, LL; Palmately deeply leaf, PDL) were collected from Guangxi Zengnian Agriculture and Forestry Development Co., Ltd in March 2023. Total RNA was extracted from F. hirta roots. The libraries were sequenced with an Illumina HiSeq xten/NovaSeq 6000 platform. Three independent biological replicates for each leaf shaped material.
