Transcriptome and proteomic data of Fhb1 near-isogenic lines (NIL-S and NIL-R ) in response to F.g infection in wheat
Abstract
Wheat spikelets from Fhb1-R and Fhb1-S NILs were collected at early anthesis and inoculated with F.g or ddH2O (mock). Samples were collected before the inoculation (0 hours) and 48 hours post-inoculation (hpi) respectively. Each treatment included three biological replicates. Transcriptome and proteomic sequencing was performed.
