RNA-seq data from Bupleurum chinense and sequence of CYP716A41, CYP716Y4
Abstract
CC2 and CBC1 (Bupleurum chinense) were planted at the Longshan Mountain Research Farm at the Southwest University of Science and Technology in Mianyang, China (31°32′N, 104°42′W). Roots and Leafs of CC2 and CBC1 were collected at the adult stage and used for transcriptome sequencing. The submitted CYP716A41 and CYP716Y4 sequences were derived from CBC1.
