A dataset of 16S rRNA Gene Amplicon Sequencing Bacterial Community During the Entire Period of Litopenaeus vannamei Larvae
Abstract
This dataset focuses on the entire rearing cycle of Litopenaeus vannamei larvae, and systematically compiles the raw microbial sequencing data of 102 samples from larval individuals and environmental water across all stages of shrimp seed rearing. It is also accompanied by a complete set of data quality control parameters, thereby providing a comprehensive and standardized basic data resource for microecological research in this field.
