The effects of rabbit gut microbiota transplantation on the physiological functions and gut microbiota of mice with high-fiber food
Abstract
Fecal microbiota transplantation from New Zealand rabbits to omnivorous C57BL/6J mice was performed to evaluate changes in body weight, food intake, and other relevant indicators. The V3–V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene from fecal microbiota was sequenced. The associated dataset includes body weight, food intake, differentially abundant bacteria, and statistical values (P/t/r) from correlation analyses between differential bacteria and physiological indicators.
