Abstract

This data describes the carbon transfer data between Shanghai and 30 other provinces in China under the background of industrial transformation, with research periods of 2012, 2015, and 2017. The data mainly includes sectoral carbon inflows and outflows, industry clustering results, and driving effects of carbon outflows and outflows.
