Species cataloging of edible and medicinal fungi in China
Abstract
A total of 1 495 species is recorded. Among them, 1 013 species are edible, 744 medicinal and 262 simultaneously edible and medicinal. The classification status of each species, including class, order, family, and genus, is provided. The relevant taxonomic units are given with their Chinese names and standardized Latin scientific names, and the species names retain the naming authority.
