Mechanisms of IKZF3 action in a variety of tumors
Abstract
Notes: c-myc: It is both a transposable gene and a regulatable gene regulated by multiple substances, and it is also a gene that enables cells to proliferate indefinitely, achieving immortalization, and promoting cell division. It is related to the occurrence and development of various tumors; IRF4: Interferon regulatory factor 4; ISG: Interferon-stimulated gene; MMP16: Matrix protease, which can degrade various protein components of the cell matrix; Twist: An evolutionarily highly conserved basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor, highly expressed in various malignant tumors, and has biological functions such as inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition, promoting cell migration and invasion, and enhancing the resistance of chemotherapy drugs; BRD4: Regulates the transcription of multiple genes by binding to the promoter region; SHIP1: A negative regulator of PI3K/AKT signaling in hematopoietic cells.
