Abstract

The dataset consists of the data collected in two collaborating laboratories at Jagiellonian University in Kraków and Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague. The files include original fluorescence microscopy images, western blots, and various control experiments. The deposited files were used to generate figures for the article “DNA single-strand breaks in somatic and germ cells in mice”.
