EMERGENCY RESPONSE TECHNOLOGIES IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT: ANALYSIS OF THE ECALL SYSTEM AND ITS RUSSIAN ANALOGUES IN THE CONTEXT OF IT INTEGRATION

The article analyzes the principles of operation and IT infrastructure of the European emergency response system in case of eCall accidents. Communication modules, data processing and integration with navigation are considered. Special attention is paid to Russian analogues – the ERA-GLONASS system and promising developments.
