Abstract

This article presents an analytical review of the structure, evolution, and current status of high-strength materials for aircraft structures. It examines the main groups of materials used, including metallic, polymer, and composite, as well as current trends toward nanostructured and intelligent composites. Particular attention is paid to the technological aspects of increasing strength and heat resistance, reducing structural weight, and meeting environmental standards. It describes the prospects for the introduction of domestic materials, implemented through import substitution programs, as well as the challenges of energy efficiency, resource conservation, and environmental safety in the aviation industry. The impact of innovative technical solutions on the reliability, durability, safety, and r\educed operating costs of aircraft is analyzed.
