Abstract

The introduction section in this paper is that the new system will be presented that mashing NFC and QR codes in order to eliminate the giant hygienic and trust dilemmas that occur in street food.It is the fact that the street venders are usually informal and consequently there is the risk of their endangering the health of the people and leaving them in the dark on what they are actually purchasing which is a major concern. The idea is that all licensed vendors receive a non-editable NIR tag and a safe QR code. When it comes to the next interesting detail, such functionality as clicking his/her tag or simply scanning the code in his phone, the customer will instantly be offered to see all the necessities: hygiene ratings, running licenses, inspection history, and actual customer feedbacks. It is merely the online discovery of a food stand. It is a two-technology solution which is rather inclusive.NFC is safe and simple to shake hands with the phones and other new devices whereas QR code makes sure the phones even of the older or the poor quality are able to receive the information. The thing is that no one should be left behind just because he/she does not have the newest hardware. What the net effect is, is an apparent and responsible process of keeping the consumers in a cycle, calming the vendors down into making the environment clean and safe and letting the authorities inspect on conformity without necessarily having them hover on them, in the process. It merely converts an informal market into a data ecosystem. The objective of interfering in the informal food industry by the established rules of the population health is to make the food safe, make the population believe the food once again, and make the street food environment cleaner and more trustworthy.
