Abstract

The article raises the problem of the lack of competencies among specialists in pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical, and social fields to work with traumatic stress in the families of participants in the special military operation (SVO). The necessity of integrating the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) method as a modern psychological-pedagogical technology into the system of additional professional education is substantiated. The purpose of the article is to develop a model of an educational module aimed at developing specialists' skills in applying EMDR for the socio-psychological adaptation of families. Based on the analysis of method training practices, foreign experience in implementing family-oriented interventions, and requirements for the cultural adaptation of the method in Russia, the structure, content, and pedagogical technologies for implementing the module are proposed. It is concluded that the implementation of this model is of high practical importance for training personnel capable of providing comprehensive, trauma-informed support to families under prolonged stress, which corresponds to the urgent tasks of pedagogical science and practice.
