Abstract

In this commentary piece, we outline the recent Supreme Court decision, Mahmoud v. Taylor , and the potential impact the holding will have on intellectual freedom. We argue that this decision is part of a larger attack on LGBTQ people, including restrictions of LGBTQ books in public spaces. We end our commentary with suggestions for advocacy for LGBTQ titles and the freedom to read broadly.
