Characteristics of goal situations when using tactical models in the training process of football players
Abstract
Background and purpose To select recommendations for creating goal situations and increasing the effectiveness of interaction between players during attacking actions, it is necessary to develop and experimentally implement various variants of tactical models of team play into the training process of football players. Purpose: to characterize certain types of goal situations that arise when using tactical models in the training process of football players. Material and methods The study involved players from the student football team of a leading technical university in Ukraine. The total number of subjects was 22 players, who were divided into two equal groups, control and experimental, based on their physical and technical fitness. The registration of goal situations that occurred in the match was carried out using video analysis of control matches according to the following characteristics: 1) goals - scored after interactions between players on the flank and in the central part of the field, as well as after individual actions; 2) goals - scored in six 15-minute periods of the match; 3) goals - scored by defenders, midfielders, and forwards. All data obtained during the experimental study were processed using well-known methods of mathematical statistics: x̄ - arithmetic mean; σ - standard deviation; m - error of representativeness of the arithmetic mean; t - reliability of the difference between the mean values (according to the Student's test). Results Tactical models of team play used in the training process of the experimental group had a positive impact on the indicators of goal situations that arose: after interaction between players in the middle of the field and on the flanks; in the time intervals of the match between 61 and 90 minutes; as a result of active actions of forwards and midfielders. During the 12-month experiment in all control matches, the players of the experimental group demonstrated a stable dynamics of increasing the above indicators of game activity ( p
