Histopathology is an essential diagnostic technique fora number of diseases including cancer. It has been acceptedworldwide as the gold standard forthe diagnosis of neoplas1tic disorders.Since the middle of 20th century, the histopathologyreports have been increased significantly in both the lengthand context and are becoming more complex. With theadvancements in pathology, updated and more complexcriteria are in practice for grading and staging systems,along with the comments on status of resection margins.There is an urge that the histopathologists should developnew methodologies for the documentation of this information.
