Abstract

The ideal of the law-governed state is tied to historical and national experience, and among the most important principles, legal scholars usually highlight the rule of law, equality, the feasibility of legal requirements, and the protection of civil liberties. At the same time, the implementation of this ideal in each country had many individual preferences and characteristics, due to the many legal and social customs and foundations of society. Plato believed that an ideal state should be organized in accordance with the principles of justice. It is the philosophers who must rule, since only they are able to comprehend true existence. The history of the idea of legal statehood has great scientific, educational, moral and educational significance for young people and citizens in Moldova in general.
