Abstract

This article aims to provide an analysis of the dissolution of the Parliament as a constitutional tool for unblocking constitutional crises. Thus, the main objective is to analyse the Constitutional Court of Moldova approach regarding the dissolution of the Parliament and the constitutional practice in the period from 2015-2021.
