Temporalitatea legii contravenționale - abordări teoreticopractice și soluții de drept public

In this paper we have proposed to address the issue of the temporality of the contravention law, i.e. its framing in concrete situations to which it can fit, or, conversely, the determination of these concrete situations from a temporal point of view to which they fit or which fit into the respective contravention law rules; the temporality of the law was highlighted through the lens of the Contraventional Code of the Republic of Moldova, the opinions of doctrinaires from the country and abroad. A special place in the work was dedicated to practical problems related to the action of contravention law over time and possible public law solutions.
