Inovații juridice privind modalitățile de exercitare a dreptului de proprietate a statului și a unităților administrativ teritoriale

In this article we intend to analyze the legal innovations made by the ordinary legislator, concerning the ways of exercising the public or private property rights of the state or of the administrative territorial units: 1. innovations validated by the Constitutional Court; 2. innovations invalidated by the Constitutional Court 3. clearly unconstitutional legislative solutions in force not yet subject to constitutional review. The case law of the Court was also the starting point for the regulation by the ordinary legislator of new ways of exercising the public or private property rights of the state and the administrative-territorial units.
