Modernizare și tendințe în dreptul penal contemporan prin prisma prevederilor lit.a) alin.(3) art.257 Cod penal al RM

In this scientific research, the legal-criminal analysis of the crime provided for in letter a) paragraph (3) art. 257 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova will be addressed, including the composition of the crime and the qualifying aspects of the crime with regard to to the poor execution of constructions both provided for in the criminal legislation and other normative acts that regulate the execution of constructions, the quality, the control of the executed constructions and other tangential aspects of the field of constructions and the criminal liability of the subjects involved.
