Криминологические особенности мужской и женской преступности в Республике Молдова

As a mass phenomenon, male/female crime is reflected and recorded in the general set of statistical crime indicators, which make it possible to analyze them and identify their specific qualities, including new ones. Thanks to this, it is possible to study the state, structure, dynamics, trends and other important indicators of male/female crime. The study of crimes, including crime depending on the gender of the offender, is not possible without analyzing statistical data, which forms the basis of scientific research, determines its practical significance and excludes empty theorizing, divorced from life and needs. Cruelty and violent methods of resolving conflicts and preparing criminal acts have become characteristic features of the modern criminal. Violent crimes related to profit (robberies, robbery) are typical for male criminals. The crime rate among men remains significantly higher than the crime rate among women. In turn, female crime refers to all crimes committed in a certain period of time, in a certain geographical area, by female persons
