Integrarea aspectelor ce vizează dizabilitatea în cadrul național de monitorizare a implementării agendei de dezvoltare durabilă 2030

The effective realization of the rights of persons with disabilities takes place thanks to the provisions of the normative acts in force, including public policy documents. The implementation of the provisions of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda became possible through the National Implementation Monitoring Framework. At the same time, several changes are needed within this act, in order to effectively integrate aspects related to disability. It is important that the provisions of the SDGs, implemented in the Republic of Moldova through national public policy documents, reach the established targets, so that the beneficial owner of these regulations is the common man. The multiple legal provisions that are considered to be very good, in some situations, are not effective only because of the lack of implementation mechanisms.
