This article seeks to examine the importance of addressing essential private law topics in national legal education programs, highlighting the relevance of this approach in the contemporary context. By adapting a research method that combines the analysis of specialized works and educational practices, the article aims to clarify goals and objectives, anticipate results, formulate conclusions and propose solutions to optimize the teaching and learning of fundamental issues in private law.
