Analiza particularităților executării obligațiilor legate de obținerea pensiei de întreținere: între teorie și practică
Abstract
The article analyzes the impact of socio-economic and legal phenomena on the efficiency of the enforcement of obligations related to obtaining maintenance in the Republic of Moldova. The effects of the "shadow economy", such as undeclared work, on the establishment and collection of maintenance are examined. The study explores the influence of migration, which complicates the localization of debtors and the enforcement of obligations. It also looks at changes in family structure and declining trust in legal institutions, which affect the cooperation and efficiency of the system. The research combines statistical data, qualitative analysis and case studies to provide recommendations for the improvement and harmonization of legislation in the context of obtaining child maintenance service.
