Răspunderea disciplinară pentru încălcarea legislației silvice

In this article the authors analyse the disciplinary liability to which special categories of employees may be subject, namely employees who perform duties in the forestry field. The article highlights the concept of legal liability and disciplinary liability as variety of legal liability, as well as the conditions that lead to the emergence of this type of liability. At the same time, to determine the circle of subjects of disciplinary liability for violation of forestry legislation, the authors list the categories of employees who have duties and obligations to fulfil and/or control the norms of the forestry legislation, with the identification of the status of these subjects and the duties that generate rights and obligations that form their status. The method used in the research includes the analysis of the acting regulatory framework, including labour forestry legislation laws and their correlation.
