Progresele legislative ale RM în materia transportului internațional rutier de mărfuri în contextul intensificării cooperării cu UE

The present scientific paper aims to express all the significant developments in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of international road freight transport. Mainly, there are going to be analysed the normative acts, adopted in the necessity of harmonizing the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of the international road freight transport to the respective legislation of the European Union. The national legislative modifications are going to be described in the framework of the provisions of the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova, of the one part, and of the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the other part, signed at Bruxelles, on June 27, 2014. In this regard, the present research will hence demonstrate the importance and evolution of the cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.
