The contribution of the synergy of informational units to the total informatics realization of the management system

The work is based on the automatic functioning of the material organizational unit as a and indivisible whole, which transforms the managerial system into an object of analogous action, virtually being presented in the form of an automatic material - informational core. Currently, in order to constitute such a core, the emphasis is placed on technical, programmed means and information technology methods, and the environment of their application - the information system - is practically forgotten. Due attention is not paid to "uncalculated processing". The determination of the connections of information units in the process of solving decision-making problems is practically neglected. Proceeding from the created situation, the work highlights the composition of information subsystems of an informative role within the integrated economic managerial system and the stability of their interconnections. The contribution of the synergistic approach of these units to the total informatics realization of the integrated management system is revealed, the development and analysis of the scheme of interconnections between subsystems is carried out, the evolution of the forms of organization of information units is highlighted, with the stability of the most efficient of them - the unitary information fund. The research was conducted based on the methods of information theory, analysis and synthesis, managerial theory, systems theory and systemic analysis, theory of economic informatics and cybernetics, information management concepts and related fields.
