Enterprise as an entrepreneur's property: aspects of legal qualification

The purpose of the article is the legal qualification of the enterprise as a property complex regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova as an object of rights and legal relations, as well as a special object of the rights of entrepreneurs. As property, the enterprise is methodologically considered in a comparative legal sense, as it is defined in various European legal orders and in the Republic of Moldova. The result of the study is the disclosure of aspects and the most important legal characteristics of the legal qualification of the enterprise as a special property of the entrepreneur.
