Abstract

In the Republic of Moldova, the professional supervision process involves several categories of professionals. According to national standards, these include supervised employees (community social workers, social workers, social service personnel), supervisors, and managers within the Territorial Social Assistance Structures (TSAS) or social services within the Territorial Social Assistance Agency/Territorial Social Assistance Structures (TSAA/TSAS), each with specific roles and responsibilities. The professional supervision mechanism used in social work in the Republic of Moldova identifies two main types of supervision: individual supervision and group supervision.
