Abstract

The article examines the importance of legitimizing and validating interinstitutional communication in the protection of children's rights in the Republic of Moldova, with a focus on coordination between central and local public authorities, child protection institutions, and civil society organizations. The study is based on the analysis of policy documents, institutional reports, and anonymized interviews with professionals involved in the field. To demonstrate the relevance of the subject, reference and evidence are provided based on the activities carried out by the organization CCF Moldova. The findings highlight the role of communication and interinstitutional cooperation in preventing the separation of children from their families, in the deinstitutionalization process, and in ensuring the effective implementation of the European Child Guarantee.
