Abstract

This study includes the results of a qualitative research, conducted with a group of 12 teachers of Romanian Language and Literature, in different types of institutions and with different work experience, who taught the subject in the 2024-2025 academic year, to 9th grade students. The investigation was carried out based on the National Curriculum Monitoring Register (coord. Vl. Guțu), which proposed a comprehensive paradigm on the given dimensions, including various indicators with multiple requests for response, observation, and application. Based on current educational policy documents, in general, and on the Curriculum/ Syllabus capitalized in the current textbook, in particular, the opinions of the teaching staff, analyzed by the project experts, can serve as reflective benchmarks for future designers of curricular documents, but also for classroom teachers, in order to optimize and streamline the educational act and student performance.
