Abstract

This article continues the discussion on the topic of the preliminary procedure. Thus, we present the second part of the theme "General Considerations on the Initiation of the Preliminary Procedure in Administrative Litigation." In this regard, we propose an analysis concerning the types of actions in administrative litigation versus the preliminary procedure (and vice versa), the causal link between the types of actions and the limitation periods in the preliminary procedure, as well as the infringed right as a legal basis in correlation with the public authority or the higher hierarchical body.
