Illegal operations with non‑cash means of payment: a criminal law analysis

The article examines the constituent elements and aggravating circumstances of the offenses provided by the art. 2608 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova. It identifies the subgroup juridical object and the specific juridical objects of these offenses, and, through the interpretation of art. 1323 of the Criminal Code and certain extra penal provisions, defines the material (or immaterial) object of the offenses provided by the art. 2608 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova. The analysis sets out the structure and content of the objective side for each offense, explores the particularities of the subjective side and the offender, and concludes by determining the aggravating circumstances of the examined offenses
