Psychobiographical and comparative analysis of Adolf Hitler: Psychological profile and historical concept
Abstract
This paper presents a psychobiographical and comparative analysis of Adolf Hitler, focusing on his psychological profile and influence on historical events. The aim of the study is to achieve a deeper understanding of his psychological characteristics and political actions. The psychobiographical methodological framework provides insight into his early life, family relationships, emotional patterns, key personality traits, and formative experiences of this complex historical figure. Through comparative analysis and an inductive approach to the results of available studies in personality psychology, political psychology, and historical interpretations, an alignment is observed between the psychological and historiographical interpretation of his behavior and decision-making. The study allows a broader understanding of different theoretical approaches that authentically explain Hitler's motivation, ideological development, and leadership style. A comprehensive insight into the relevant factors, important for the psychological understanding of the individual, reveals the crucial elements that shape behavior and decisions. At the same time, the significance of an integrated application of psychological analysis and the social context is emphasized. This enables a coherent understanding of the complex interdependencies between individual characteristics, traumatic experiences, cultural influences, and historical factors.
