Bidirectional Relationship between Psychiatric Disorders and Cardiovascular Disease: Bridging Epidemiological and Basic Research toward Clinical Translation
Abstract
精神疾患と心血管疾患（脳血管障害を含む）は，現代社会において最も頻度の高い非感染性疾患の一つであり，世界的に大きな健康負担をもたらしてきた。従来，これらの疾患は臨床および研究のいずれの文脈においても，別個の疾患単位として扱われてきた。しかし近年，精神疾患と心血管疾患の関係は単なる併存にとどまらず，複雑な双方向性の病態生理学的連関を示すことが明らかになりつつある。この認識は，従来の疾患分類を超えて統合的に捉える視点の必要性を示している。
