Integrating Gen AI in Online Teaching

As GenAI use becomes increasingly prevalent in our lives and students increasingly adopt it, possibilities and challenges for online teaching and learning are also being explored. This chapter provides approaches and examples for the integration of GenAI in online course development, facilitation, and assessment, with an emphasis on AI literacy. Possibilities and challenges related to GenAI integration, and considerations for online educators are discussed throughout the chapter.
