OPTIMASI METODE PROFILE MATCHING UNTUK PENENTUAN LOKASI GOR BULU TANGKIS DI KOTA BATAM

This study aims to rank several Sports Halls (GOR) using the profile matching method based on three main criteria: AFL (Field Facilities Aspect), AKL (Field Physical Condition Aspect), and APP (Professional Service Aspect). The assessment results show that GOR Harapan Utama is ranked first with a total score of 4.67, followed by GOR Orchid with a total score of 4.56. The third rank was won by GOR Banda Baru with a total score of 4.46, followed by GOR Tumenggung in fourth place with a total score of 4.44. GOR Plazo was in fifth place with a total score of 4.41, and finally, GOR Mall MB2 with a total score of 4. This study provides recommendations to focus on improving lower aspects of each GOR to improve the overall user experience. Improvements in field conditions and facilities are specifically recommended for GORs that have below average scores, while service aspects also need to be improved to ensure professional and efficient service.
