Beszámoló „A gazdaságátadás lehetőségei és a földforgalmi szabályozás aktualitásai” című konferenciáról

On September 25, 2025, a conference entitled "Opportunities for farm transfers and current issues in land traffic legislation" was held in the Árpád Chamber of the Debrecen County Hall, organized by the Hungarian Lawyers' Association Hajdú-Bihar County Organization and the National Chamber of Agriculture. The event was prompted by the reforms contained in Act CXLIII of 2021 (Gtv.), which came into force more than two and a half years ago and lays down the rules for the transfer of agricultural holdings, and its implementing decree, Government Decree 480/2024. (XII. 31.). In order to promote generational change in agriculture, these acts allow certain persons engaged in agricultural production, as defined in the Gtv., to transfer the farm created through agricultural and forestry activities to the younger generation as a single unit of assets. The conference was attended by a large number of interested participants, including not only lawyers, legal advisors, and government officials, but also farmers. Certain aspects of the topic are therefore clearly of interest to the wider public as well as the legal community.
