Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of mobile coffee cart vendors in Palangka Raya City. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied to three businesses: Kopi Briling, Kopi Leluasa, and Halte Kopi Gabema. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that income is influenced by business duration, capital, working hours, location, promotion, and operational strategies. Kopi Briling recorded the highest net income at Rp14,358,000 per month, followed by Kopi Leluasa at Rp6,052,000 and Halte Kopi Gabema at Rp4,592,000. Income differences were affected by business scale, marketing strategies, cost efficiency, and external factors such as weather and location. The study concludes that the success of mobile coffee cart businesses depends on the entrepreneurs’ adaptability in managing operations and market conditions.
