Abstract

HRMARS - This study explores the relationship between the self-directed learning ability of university students in three universities in Shandong Province, China, and the behaviors of their parents and teachers. The aim of this study is to investigate the correlation of parental modelling and teacher modelling on the development of self-directed learning ability among university students, particularly in the academically rich environment of Shandong Province. For this purpose, researchers proposed five research questions and four research hypotheses, employing various statistical methods and utilizing SPSS (version 27) statistical software for data analysis.
