Abstract

Extended data table containing raw data for different analyses presented in the paper, organized into individual tabs. The table contains differential gene expression results from bulk RNA-sequencing of the embryonic mouse developing brain as well as data from weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) performed on the same dataset. The table also provides output from FWY TF network analysis performed on mouse radial glia subtypes, as well as GSEA using neurogenic gene sets used to analyze human radial glia subtypes.
