Urinary bladder

This presentation contains 7 slides. The first two slides are refreshers on the position of the urinary bladder within the abdomen. The urinary bladder is in the central part of the caudal aspect of the peritoneal cavity, ventral to the descending part of the colon, dorsal to the abdominal wall, and caudal to the small intestine. The position of the urinary bladder is then illustrated on ultrasonographic still images and videos.
