Data for the construction of high-resolution haplotypes in males based on whole genome sequencing of 3-5 spermatozoa and blood
Abstract
A data set for constructing high-resolution haplotypes of males. The innovation is the construction of a new HAPI algorithm that uses whole genome of 3-5 individual spermatozoa of a male sequenced at 1x depth and whole genome data of blood sequenced at 10x depth.
