This repository contains the data for the following purpose:"Plotting_ArticleFigures_DataAndCode" folder contains Data and Plotting scripts to reproduce figures from the article"datastore" folder contains Data files necessary to simulate different tasks using LQR-RNN from the GitHub repositoryTo get started install Anaconda python package and other dependencies such as: h5py, numpy, argpars, sklearn, pickle, json.To plot different figures from the articleSimply go to the respective folder and run the available python notebook file.To simulate tasks using GitHub codeDownload the datastore folder and replace the dummy folder in the github repository (https://github.com/neurohari/simulateLQRNetworks) with this folder.
