Supplementary Table S6. Δ cell lineage vs Δ total cells in ICSI and NF blastocysts.

Twin blastocysts were fixed, the zona pellucida was removed, and the cells were counted in the three germ layers using triple immunofluorescence for NANOG (epiblast), SOX17 (primitive endoderm) and CDX2 (trophectoderm). For each blastocyst pair, the absolute difference of cell number in each germ layer was compared with the absolute difference of cell number in the total count.
